​هو مركز صحي يقدم الخدمات الرعاية الصحية الأولية بالإضافى إلى خدمات تخصصية في مجالات متخصصة مختلفة في صورة عيادات خارجية وتخدم سكان المحافظة المحيطة بها وهي ليست مجهزة لتقديم خدمات تنويمية  .
