Statistics show that the total number of mobile service subscriptions by the end of July 2025 reached 8,153,859, marking a 15.5% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
Active postpaid mobile subscriptions increased by 3.3% to reach 1,241,626, while prepaid subscriptions rose by 4.9% to 5,342,870.
Internet of Things (IoT) subscriptions achieved exceptional growth of 105 percent, reaching 1,569,363 subscriptions by the end of July 2025.
Internet services also witnessed significant development, with the number of active mobile broadband subscriptions rising to 5,595,686, while fixed broadband subscriptions increased by 2.9% to reach 591,972.
Statistics also show that fiber optic subscriptions grew by 11.2% to reach 344,505 subscriptions. Fixed 5G subscriptions also rose by 1.8% to reach 217,657 subscriptions by the end of July 2025.
Meanwhile, fixed 4G subscriptions declined by 41.2% to reach 17,261 subscriptions.
Digital subscriber line (DSL) subscriptions also decreased by 47.5% to 11,036, while satellite subscriptions increased by 13% to 754.
Other subscriptions (including Internet via power lines, Ethernet, and leased Internet lines) decreased by 11.9% to 759 by the end of July 2025 compared to the same period in 2024.
