The Annual bulletin measures changes in the prices of goods and services that fall within families consumption expenditures in the period of time compared with other period called the Base Year, where the bulletin reflect changes in prices and burdens borne by the consumer and cost of living conditions and whether they recorded up or down, which leads to identify the market trends, market conditions and burdens of living.

This bulletin shall have several uses, including: economic and social analysis and determine their policies, the study of the relationship between income and expenditure on the burdens of living, and clarify the relationship between money and exchange of goods and services, study of price movements and statement of inflation level.
