Definition: 
Is the rate at which its population increases (or decreases) during a given year due to a surplus in the birth (or deficit) for deaths, and is expressed as a percentage to the basic number of residents of this rate does not include the consequences of the migration to or from the country.
Methodology:
The number of births for a given year - the number of deaths for the same year / total population in the middle of the same year) × 1000.
