The National Centre for Statistics and Information received on Sunday a delegation from the Department of Communication at the Gulf Statistics Centre, in order to familiarise themselves with the experience of the NCSI and promotional information and to benefit from its experience in the field of social communication.

The delegation learned about the mechanism through which information passes through to reach the accounts of the Centre in the platforms of social communication and through other media channels.The delegation also learned about the methods used in the production of optical materials in order to simplify the information on the one hand and to promote knowledge on the other hand. The delegation toured the NCSI library and got to know the wealth of knowledge and the method of classification used. The delegation praised the impressive statistical publications dating back to the dawn of the Renaissance of Oman.
