The (Comprehensive Quality System) is Document No. 7 of the series documents of Census 2010, where the Call Center and Quality Assurance has been used for the first time in the actual enumerating stage in order to complete, audit and review the data and get the highest level of accuracy and comprehensiveness for the lowest cost through contact with households within the same period specified for field data collection.

This version provides the Call Center and Quality Assurance, which was adopted the (Comprehensive  Quality) methodology as a comprehensive model of operations and functions carried out by the Centre in the 2010 Census, which contains all e details with regard to the extent of center’s coverage of all requirements and objectives that sought by the census management to achieve and how to implement it in update the actual enumeration stages by reviewing the data, validating its correctness and validity and communicating with units that will participate in the drafting of census data output as a whole.
